For the indian economic service exam,, there is no solved papers available in the market,, so don't hope for the same,, instead, refer some good books

Indian Economic Service is conducted by UPSC.

For the Indian Economic Service one should have a Post Graduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics .

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years old.
