you should prepare the gk publishers book for the technical papers and then you should read time materials for aptitude part

In PSU sector maximum question is aptitude,reasoning so u refer RS Agrwal -Aptitude, reasoning book

for technical u refer ur B tech notes or rt now u refer book.

1. network theory.
2.control systems.
3.power electronics.
4.electrical machines.
5.analog and digital electroinc ckts..

better have a good luk in these subjects as max of the quesons comes frm this area.
fr study material u can study online with iGATE....or get to a gAtE forum and have its materials..better get to a coching institute as they will guide u..
fr apptitude part u can do RS aggreval...its the best buk for any psu xam.....

where can i get some me material for diploma trainees in NTPC in C&I streem in online, to clear my written exam.

You should almost use your textbooks for covering the syllabus of P.S.U. exams but for practice, you may use the following reference books for your preparation which I have shown below.
