I COMPLETED MY B.PHARM. which subject can i choose and which will be helpful for me

Dear friend
There is no special field in Civil services for your branch.
So you will have to choose subjects as per your interest and capability of studies. There could be some subjects that you never would like study and there would be some subjects that you might like to read about. So first you have to analyze yourself that which subject suits you then only you would be in a position to choose one. For preliminary you have to choose one optional paper and for Mains you will have to choose two optional papers.

A B.Pharmacy student can choose Medical science as his/her main optional subject in the second level of the examination

I think you are aware of the list of optionals available if not check this

In this Medical Science is relating to your course so you can take advantage of this up to some extent if i'm right

if the syllabus seems to be tough then you can select the general subjects which are scoring and also interesting are

->Mathematics

->Geography

->History

->Psychology(if you are interested only)

In the above listed optionals medical science and Animal Husbandary are some what related to medical field

so if you want to select both also you are not allowed you are only allowed to select only one optional of the same field

Hello there is no subject for you related your branch, so you can select according you,
if you want to do preparation of IAS then select HISTORY, POLITICAL SCIENCE, because having these subjects your GK will be also prepared.

sir i m phrmacology (pharmacy) post graduate.can i apply for ias medical science subject for exam.pls reply.

only a little bit portion is regarding pharmacology,but its better to prepare for chemistry and there is a topic related to surgery we need to work a lot if u are much intrested prepare with the help of kaplan usmle step 1,2,3 total 600 to 700 hrs of videos are available,i came to know that mbbs graduates also prefers other subjects,i dont its becoz that there will be no coaching availble for such subjects

I have small doubt we can choose the subjects here or we can study all subjects

Sir I am pharmalogical student for preliminary can I choose history and for part b can I choose zoology

For medical science 2 paper how pharmacy have to do preparation as its mostly related to case studies.?

What should I do after b pharmacy for the upsc preparation?
What will be the good option?
