what are the subjects we are tested for in AIPMT and AIEEE?

Dear Friend
As i know AIPMT is entrance exam for medical courses so in it maximum concentration is giving on the biological subject.
and AIEEE is the entrance exam for Technical courses so in it maximum concentration is giving on the technical subjects like physics maths.

AIPMT and AIEEE are the national level competitive exams for admission to
undergraduate program in MBBS and B.Tech/B.Planning respectively.
12th passed or 12th board appearing students are eligible to appear these exam.
For AIPMT one is required to have Biology in 12th subjects and for AIEEE one is
required to have Physics and Maths in 12th.

If the syllabus of AIEEE and AIPMT is analyzed well it is observed that it is
same as that of board exams.
An average student easily gets 70% marks in boards but average student
cant score that much in aieee/aipmt without a good preparation and
there the question comes What is so diff about the exam?

Actually questions in aieee/aipmt comes from fundamentals and concept.
If you read a theory or derivation etc or anything and the question comes
in board you just copy what you read and if it doesn't come you don't write it.
In aieee/aipmt the questions comes based on those theories. If you have
just remember things but do not have the knowledge about its fundamentals
and application, you will miss the problem.
So, all that aieee/aipmt or any other competitive exam doesn't check
What you have studied? but it checks how deeply you have studied and
How much familiar are you with the course?

In AIPMT & AIEEE weight age on
for AIPMT
1 BIO
2 Physics
3 Chemistry

And for AIEEE
1 Maths
2 Physics
3 Chemistry

In AIPMT exams questions are from biology,chemistry,physics of 100,50 and 50 questions respectively.
in AIEEE exams questions are from physics,chemistry,and mathematics. there is no fixed no of questions but last year 95 question were asked in AIEEE.

by brother has 56% in 12th,is he eligible for the test?

Is the portion of phy & chem same for aieee & medical or is the phy & chem at aieee level or at medical level different.

Hello Friend,
The portion for both phy and chem. is different for AIEEE and AIPMT as the standard of competition is different and is for different courses although they are conducted by CBSE.

In AIPMT the subject are PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY of booth 11th and12th

In AIEEE the subject are physics, chemistry,math of 11th and 12th class
