Is there any chance for me after passing B.Tech from Chitrakoot Satna MP?

hello sr
i have recently passout b.tech from chitrakoot satna m.p.and i m domacile of mp now could tell me dt is there is any chance for me so that i may work at karwi (u.p) bsnl office as it is other state. .
And i will come to know about any post at karwi(u.p)

I completed my B.Tech course by last month, iam having an idea to do M.E course now, is there any problem in doing M.E after my B.Tech? Which option is best for me for my job future? What about my job oppurtunities if i did M.E after B.tech?
Please answer me soon as possible...............
