I finished M.COM in the year of 2008, now i want do on CA so is there entrence exam?. if any person is finished M.Com. and what is the procedure in this case. so please clear my doubt

Yes CA(Chartered Accountant) have a entrance test which is known as CPT(Common Proficiency Test) which is organised by ICAI, the minimum qualification criteria is 12th, as you say you are M.com so you have to also face the CPT exam for entrance into CA as per old rule, but ICAI pass a new resolution according to which 55% marks in commerce Graduation and 60% marks in other gradution need not to face the CPT, but government has to pass this resolution for its applicability.

after Ipcc how many years we have to give for ca its ca is very hard how many years for this course.
