i have completed my diploma in IT with an average of 85% in 5th and 6th sem.now i want to do my B.E in IT,however i am financially weak to afford the fees ,are there any government body or any organization which provide scholarship to needy student....please help.?also tell me what are some best colleges in mumbai to which i can apply for B.E as per my percent.

ya one government plan is there.

if you are the first graduate in your family,then apply the plan in government.

the government will give full fees given to your course in tamilnadu.

but only if your father income is less than 100000 per year
only in that case only you can get scholarship.
