The clear answer is NO.

There is no medical entrance test conducted by Government of Tamilnadu.

Students are selected based on the marks obtained in Bio, Phy, Chem (and Maths) Caste (SC, ST, OBC, Minority etc).

However, few privately managed medical colleges do conduct their own Entrance Exams, the details of which are given elsewhere by others.
