Is there any provision to take admission in diploma engineering. And if possible at what time its test will be conducted.

After completing 10th, one can study diploma in engineering or namely as polytechnic of three year course. After class 10 one is eligible for studying polytechnic after passing entrance test/competitive exam for polytechnic.

Polytechnic is a diploma course of three years in engineering, mainly known as for junior engineer course, after completing diploma one can join as a junior engineer in engineering companies. It is a three year course, after which comes B.TECH course of three years for those who have completed polytechnic or diploma in engineering known as lateral entry.

After completing 10 one must look for various entrance exams for polytechnic at state level and should apply for them and give the exam, pass it then based on the rank scored in that exam, one can get admission in polytechnic colleges. This is the procedure of admission in various polytechnic colleges.
