I have completed my 12th in science stream. I want to prepare for OTA (Officers Training Academy) how should I prepare? Is there any academy which I can apply for the preparation? Can you please suggest me the right steps to take next? Thank you!

OTA stands for Officer's Training Academy and for recruitment candidates have to qualify in both stages of CDS examination conducted by UPSC.

The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline and age limit is 19-24 years.

The written examination for OTA contains only two papers English and General Knowledge of 100 marks each.

Candidates after qualifying in written have to qualify in SSB for final selection.

Normally getting into OTA is not possible without graduation degree, so first you have to a graduate then appear in CDS exam through which you can get into OTA, for now you should prepare yourself for the NDA exam, science background students who have passed 10+2 can appear in NDA exam.
