Helllo sir, I want to know whether TCS asks for current arrears or backlogs during placement programs?

TCS takes ppls with carrer 60%.
if u have 60% carrer then u need not to worry..
but te removal of back logs can add to ur advantage..

TCS doesnt much care about whether you have a backlog or no. They just check your skills at the day of the interview. If they find you impressive then you are hired !

But as far as possible try to clear your backlogs as the policies of the companies change regularly

TCS company just informs your college TPO about their visit. You should be in touch with your TPO and placement team executives. TCS company will conduct exam only for those students who do not have any backlog till date.

In this, I want to say that either you dont provide any information of result to TPO so that he makes you eligible to sit in campus interview, or if TPO knows your result then approach him for giving atleast a chance to sit in written exam. I am sure he will allow you to sit in written test conducted by TCS. TCS company will ask your result only after clearing your written test in interview. At that time you can say that you have lost your marksheet and its application has been sent to university, they will accept it.

At last if you are selected, you will have a buffer period till joining of your campus training, till than you can easily clear your any backlog.

The only criteria for TCS is a student must have aggregate marks 60% through out & year gap after +2 must not be more than two years.

& at the time of joining if you will clear your all backlogs & have certificates then it will not create any problem for you, other wise you may lost your job.

& your pending backlogs also show your negligence about your own subject that may create problem for you during Interview in any companies.

please don't mind ,u can't sit in TCS placement if u have any backlogs.
as per my knowledge to sit in TCS placement u have to maintain through out 60%. means 10th,12th,degree course 60% with out backlogs.
so before sit in tcs placement first of all u have to clear ur backlogs.
in TCS recruitment procedure there r some some steps for selection
1.apptitude test
2.gd round
3.hr round
4.personal interview.

hello frnds i hav an aggretate around 76 % in my 10th and 89 % in 2 and & 75% in B.tech bt i hav a backlog can TCS allow me in placements

TCS looks for those students who has 60% throughout of their academic carreer stating from 10th standard exam.
if you perform well in aptitute and interveiw, then there is nothing to worry as they are very interested to recruit freshers.

SO CAN A PERSON WITH BACKLOG IN BTECH SIT FOR PLACEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2011

removal of backlogs can create extra support for you but you must have 60% in programming languages.

TCS eligibility criterion is you must have minimum of 60% marks throughout in your career. one student who have backlog can also appear in their interview. but you have to clear all the backlog before joining into job.

TCS mainly check your knowledge in the subject or your ability to learn anything. they some simple question in interview and some pinching question. you must be prepared for it.

TCS critaria is 60% overall aggregate,math compulsary in 12,good technical and communication skill,and maximum 2 years backlog..

I had my engineering degree started at year 2003 , i have to complete it by 2007 , but with some arrears i completed by 2008 , and after that i had an 2 years of experience as system admin , while attending an interview in TCS they rejected ,bcs i had completed it by 2008, will i am not be able to join in companies like cts etc

I have been selected for tcs through my campus visit of TCS and i have 70% throughout but i have got a back in my final sem result. So, will they allow me to join the company ?

in 1 sem my two papers were back and in 2 sem again 1 paper was back which i cleared upto 3 sem.now i am in 7 sem and my all papers are cleared.will those 3 back papers be considered as 3 backlog if i sit in any campus because i have seen in the eligibilty criteria of tcs that it allows only 2 backlogs or arrears.

You did not tell your college name.I can not tell you when TCS will visit in your college.And for off campussing TCS already announced that they will not arrange it for this year.But you can know this form your college TPO details about it.Meke sure you have the criteria for TCS.If you have any doubts in your mind please go through the details below :

Then you will have to fulfill these eligibility criteria :

1.Academic qualification :
The candidate must have minimum 60% marks all over academic acreer

2.Study Gap :
Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed

3.Backlog :
The candidate should not have any active backlogs

If you have all these criteria
Then you are eligible for TCS.
