The eligibility eligibility criteria are given below.

- TCS
You should have at least 60% in your 10th, 12th/diploma and graduation.
- There should not be any pending backlogs.
- There should not be more than two years of academic gap.

- Accenture
You should have at least 60% in your entire career.
- There should not be any pending backlogs.
- There should not be more than one year of academic gap.

- HCL
- There should not be more than two years of academic gap.
- You should not have any pending backlogs.
- You should have 60% in your entire career.

- HP
- The eligibility criteria depends as it varies from college to college participating in the recruitment drive.
- Usually the eligibility percentage is 70% throughout career with not more than two years of academic gap.

To appear for off-campus interview one must satisfy the following criteria.

* To be eligible for TCS, the candidate must have secured above 60% throughout the academics in first attempt. And there should be no standing backlogs.

* To be eligible for Accenture, the candidate must have secured above 60% marks in class 10 and 12 while he/ she must have secured above 65% in B.E/ B.Tech.

* To be eligible for HCL, the candidate must have secured above 65% throughout the academics without any active backlogs.

* To be eligible for HP, the candidate must have secured above 65% in class 10, class 12 and in graduation.

To apply for TCS, Accenture, HCL and HP Off-Campus Interviews you must have minimum of 60% marks throughout your academic career right from 10th ,12th as well as engineering.
Even for other company same criteria is followed.

So, after this the interview pattern for these company are almost same.
As these companies are of CMMI Level 5 and are accredited by NASDAQ.

You need to make your base strong and especially in programming to get in all these companies.

Don't forget to read the interview question papers before attending the interview.

Mainly all the top companies has the same criteria for recruitment. TCS, HCl and HP all the three are the top software companies.

A candidate must have minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th and in graduation to apply for these companies.
There must not have any backlog.
Only 2 years of academic gap is allowed.
