dear friends,

IAS exam is conducted by the UPSC under the MHRD.

so please do not go for any rumour or wrong information .till now there is no any news

regarding the upper age as 25 years.

for the IAS exam the age should be between 21 to 30 the upper age should not be more

than 30 year. however there is some relaxation in the upper age in case of the

sc/st/obc/PD/blind/ex-service man.

so all that you have heard is only a wrong information. so do not divert from the real information,

Dear Friend,

I think that you have got wrong information about the IPS Exam eligibility Criteria.

The Eligibility criteria for the same are quite as usual as they were :

* You must have completed your graduation from any recognized college/university.

* Your age should lie in between 21-30 years.

* For SC/ST Candidates - 5 years relaxation in upper age.

* For OBC Candidates - 3 years relaxation in upper age.

So , these are the main eligibility criteria for IPS Exam.

This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want.
