Both, West Bengal Board of Secondary Examination (WBBSE) and Indian Certificate for secondary Education (ICSE) are good in their own perspective way. Normally, there are various schools in West Bengal which have 'English' as well as 'Bengali' medium offering WBSE, whereas schools offering 'ISCE' are only English medium. If you have done your schooling in Bengali medium then WBSE would be a better choice, on the other hand if your medium is English then you would have the same benefit in both, WBSE and ISCE.
