The academic qualification is either 12th or graduation:
After 12, NDA exam is for getting into IAF flying branch.
After graduation: you need to take CDSE or AFCAT exam.

The physical requirements are correlated weight with a minimum of 157.5 cm height for proper BMI.
The body should not have physical deformation.
Knock knees are not permitted.
If the eyes had undergone any lasik operation, full details need to be furnished. In addition, a medical test is also conducted by the defense authorities.
