Hello, Sir/Mam, I was born on 7/11/2003. Now I am in 9th class. I am eligible for CBSE 10th examination or not? What is the minimum age criteria followed to be eligible? Can someone please guide me with the complete details on the same? Thanks. Please tell.

Age criteria for CBSE 10th examination is minimum 13 years old. If you are studying in 9th standard then you are eligible to go for 10th standard. The admission in pre-school is granted on the age basis, hence future problems of age limits is avoided.

The minimum age criteria required to appear in 10th standard CBSE board examinations is 15 years. Since, you was born on 7/11/2003 and being a 9th standard student, you are nearly 14 years old. By completion of your 10th standard, you will be more than 15 years of age, so, you are eligible to appear in CBSE 10th standard board examinations.

The most important is to state you that till current update there is no official announcement by CBSE regarding minimum age limit to appear for 10th board examination.

But, the age limit to appear in 10th examination varies with state as it is the Directorate of respective state determines the minimum age limit.
