what is the age limit of Ras exam in genral catagory...please provide to me the deails

RAS stands for Rajasthan Administrative Service.

Eligibility Criteria:-

The candidate should be complete bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

Percentage is not required for this exam.

You must be a citizen of India.

Final year degree students can also be applicable for this exam.

Age criteria:-

The candidates age should not lessthan 21 years and not morethan 30 years.

There is a relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates,

There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates,

There is a relaxation of 10 years for PWD candidates.


Selection steps:-

***Preliminary examination,

***Mains examination,

***Personal interview.

The Full Form Of RAS is Rajasthan Administrative Services.

This examination is pretty much similar to the IAS Exam and is conducted every year by the Rajasthan State Government.

The Qualifications Required for RAS Exam are :

* You must have completed graduation in any stream from any UGC recognized university.

* Candidates in final year of graduation are also eligible to appear in this exam.

* There is no minimum percentage bar for this exam.

* The candidate must have Indian Nationality.

The Age Limit :

a) For General Category : 21-30 years

b) For OBC Candidates : 21-33 years

c) For SC/ST Candidates : 21-35 years.

The RAS Exam is conducted in three phases too as the Civil Services Exam :

1) Written Test

2) MAINS Test

3) Interview Test

Note : You need to pass all the three phases in order to pass the RAS Exam.
