The role of a company secretary is very vital as he is an important link between the company and its Board of Directors, shareholders, government and regulatory authorities. A CS makes sure that board procedures are followed as well as reviewed regularly. CS provides guidance to Chairman and the Directors on their responsibilities under various laws, A CS commands high position in the value chain and gets immense respect and acts as conscience seeker of the company.

1)Keep all the details of work of ur boss
2)Never make ur Boss to think wrong about ur ability
3)Give regular work details to ur Boss
4)Keep friendly nature wid all ur colligues
5)Support ur staff Members and inspire them to do work efficiently
