Biomedical Engineering is that area of science that deals with applying engineering principles and technology in the medical field; helping with the diagnosis and treatment for various diseases. The best example for this is medical equipments like the MRI. Like the medical field, the scope for this after any number of years is still huge. Almost all hospitals and companies like Biocon, GE Medical Systems, Glaxo SmithKline employ biomedical engineers.
