Dear Aspirant,

To study in the abroad countries for doing course like Ms-(Master of Science)
This is a Post Graduation course.students can do this PG course after doing any Bachelor Degree.

For getting admission in to universities in foreign.
Students are supposed to write few exams by which they can get admitted to that college.

For MS you have to write following exams:

• GRE - Graduate Record Examinations
  
• TOEFL - Test Of English as a foriegn Language
  
• IELTs- International English Language Testing System

Each universities have their own conditions for admitting students into their colleges.
Some prefer GRE score (US) ,IELTS(Netherlands and etc), Toefl is a must exam for getting into any university in the world.

For getting a scholarship you need to score a good score in the GRE.

So Toefl and GRE will be most important criteria for MS in foreign country.Some times IELTS is also important.
