Where should I try to get a Job after scoring 55% in BCA and 55% in MCA course?
completed bca with 55% and mca with 55%...where should i try to get job??????

You should have had mentioned the score of 12th as well because a lot of companies also give importance to the 12th score while applying for the job. With 55 percent marks you won't get job in top IT companies in India.
It is because most of them require at least 65 percent marks in MCA for the job. Unfortunately you have felt short by 10 percent to apply in top IT companies. Saying that there is no reason to be disappointed because you can still have to good chance of getting job in SME. Several SME compaines would easily give you job based on the percentage of marks you have scored in MCA. The pay here would be good but not as great as MNC and don't expect perks to come along with the job. The requirement is 65 percent is limited to some top companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc. Other big IT companies would also be happy to hire you but it depends on how well you fare in the interview. You can certainly apply for job in companies like: Covansys (I) Pvt. Ltd NIIT Technologies Nortel Networks Kanbay Software India Pvt. Ltd Patni GTL Limited L&T Infotech You also have the option of applying for lecturer job in central government colleges. Since you have completed post graduation and scored 55 percent marks, you are eligible to appear in National Eligibility Test (NET) which is for lecturer job in central government colleges. Alternatively you can apply for the SET which is conducted separately by each state and passing it would give you job in state government colleges. Eligibility 1. You must be Indian 2. You should have completed post graduation course in any stream. 3. Your score in post graduation should be at least 55 percent. 4. Candidates of SC/ST community need 50 percent marks. 5. Final year students of post graduation may also apply. 6. Your subject for the post graduation would be the subject for NET exam as well. 7. There is no age limit to apply for lecturer job. |

You can get in to MNCs for posts like Assistant engineer, project engineer etc. On the other hand, bank jobs for posts like PO/Specialist Officer will also be suitable for you. If you have interest, civil service is a good option so as to get in to either IAS/IPS posts. Public sector companies like CDAC, BSNL etc also offer technical posts for MCA graduates. Try for Professor/Assistant Professor positions too in UGC recognized colleges too.
