Important :- There is no Specific Entrance Examination for Company Secretary Course . The Candidate qualified in12th standard then your eligible to apply for CS course .

Intermediate Course :-

>>> You should complete Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university .

>>> You have to score Minimum 50% percentage of marks from recognized university .

>>> Final year candidate of Bachelor degree may also eligible to apply for this course .

Important :-

~~ Final year candidate should have to submit the Course completing Certificate of bachelor degree ,then Only the final year candidate may eligible to apply for the company Secretary Course .

~~ If your qualified in ( CA / ICWA / CFA ) Course may also eligible to apply for Intermediate course without apply for Foundation course .

The Company secretary course if offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries Of India
There will be program in CS

1) CS foundation program - Those candidates who have passed 10+2 from Arts, Science and Commerce streams are eligible for it.
the duration of the course is 8 months.

2) CS executive Program - those candidates who have passed the CS foundation program are eligible for it.
-Those candidates who have degree in any discipline except fine arts or who have passed final program of ICWAI, ICAI ,etc. or who hold a degree in corporate secretaryship or commerce are also eligible they dont have to complete the foundation program
-Graduates in arts, science and commerce (not in fine arts) are also eligible.
-The candidate must have completed 17 years.

3)CS professional program- For this program the candidate has to register 9 months before the exam.
those who have passed the ICAI or ICWAI final exam will not have to give the Advanced tax laws and practice paper and Financial treasury and Forex Management Paper

the training in cs course is in your hand . you can start iy after executive level or you can wait till professional programme.

EXECUTIVE :

- this executive can complete the foundation level are
eligible to study the next level of executive stage

- then who are all complete the degree are eligible to study
the executive stages

FINAL :

- this final stage is having the intern ship training also
be included .

- who are all completed the executive stages . for the
next level is final stages .

FEES ARE :

- foundation - 3600

- executive - 7000

- final - 7500
