If you want to join Indian Navy then you have to qualify the C.D.S exam.. C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.. As the female are not eligible for Navel Wing directly so they will join O.T.A.. O.T.A is Officer Training Academy.. It is in Madras.. Eligibility for O.T.A:- > Pass graduation with any stream.. > Age should be in tween 19-25 year > All unmarried male/ female are eligible for O.T.A/C.D.S exam > Only Indian are eligible for exam. GOOD LUCK! |

Re: What is the eligibility criteria for females for CDS exam in Navy?
Hi
NDA is the National Defense Academy. It is one of the most reputated exams in our country which is conducted by the UPSC every year to select candidates for the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. The Basic Eligibility Criteria for the NDA are: 1. You have to be a male unmarried candidate to apply for the same. 2. You have to be pass class 12th with a minimum 50% aggregate in it from a recognized school or board. 3. You should have studies Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects if you wish to apply for your candidature in IAF, or Navy. 4. Your age should be within 16.5 to 19 years. 5.
