Eligiblity for Assistant Commandent:
1.Nationality :Indian 2.Sex :Both Male and Female candidates are eligible for appointment to the post of Assistant Commandants in CRPF and CISF. However, for appointment to the post of Assistant Commandants in BSF, ITBP and SSB, only Male candidates are eligible. 3.Age Limits :A candidate must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years .the maximum of five years relaxation for SC/ST and for OBC 3years. For Government Servent 5 years relaxation. 4.Qualification :Candidate should be graduate. |

education qualification --> should have a bachelor's degree of any stream.. possession of NCC "B" or "C" certificate or outsatanding sports or athlete certificate is an added qualification age limit --> must have attained the age of 19 yrs on 1st July of the year of examination maximum age -25 yrs relaxation-sc/st-5yrs obc-3yrs physical standards for male -->height-165cms -->chest-81 cms -->weight--proportionate to height for female -->height--157 cms -->weight--proportionate to height but not less than 46 kgs ... |

1)have completed 4 years in regular service in rank of si/exp 2)should have been unblemished record for 4 years and not having major punishment. 3)should not be above 35 years best of luck dear |

Hai,.
It is a very special wing in Indian Armed force.It is responsible for the protection & security of huge Indian cost lien & it also considered as 4th wing in Indian armed force. Eligibility criteria:- A candidate must have Engineering degree with at least 60% from a recognized university.They can be from Architecture,Marine,Aeronautical,Mechanical.Candid ates from B.Tech/B.E from Industrial & production & Metallurgy can also apply.They must have scored at least 60% in their 12th. Age must be between 21 years to 30 years. Exam pattern:- First candidates have to go through PT.It comprises of 3 subjects 1.General awareness 2.General intelligence 3.Reasoning Selected candidates would go through from Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PPDT).shortlisted candidates would call for the Final selection board,where they have to clear 1.Psychological test 2.group testing 3.interview Final stage is to pass Medical test if candidates have cleared Final selection.Selected candidates would go from 2 years probation period & in these period they have to go from very intence training. |

sir i have just completed my engg. and have my degree of 57%. i have 57% in 12th also. so can i apply for assistant commandant in b.s.f. ma father is also in b.s.f so should there be any relaxation.

Union Public Service Commission has announced the dates for Central Police Forces (CPF) examination, which will be conducted in November 2012. The CPF exam will be held on Sunday,November 11, 2012.
CPF examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment to the Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Police Forces (CPF) viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). CPF 2012 Eligibility Criteria Degree of a recognized university or an equivalent qualification. Candidates appearing in the degree exam are allowed to appear at the exam but are required to submit proof of passing along with the Detailed Application Forms which are to be submitted after qualifying the written test, medical standards test and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET). Hello,
For the post of Assistant Commandant,you have to clearupsc conducted CAPF examination. The eligibility criteria is as follows: 1)The candidate who has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline recognized by the government are eligible to apply for CAPF. Age limit is 20-25 with age relaxation for the different castes.(reserved castes) The candidates who have already been once selected on the basis of CAPF exam earlier cannot apply for the exam.
