what is the eligibility for the post of assistant commandant

Eligiblity for Assistant Commandent:

1.Nationality :Indian

2.Sex :Both Male and Female candidates are eligible for appointment to the
post of Assistant Commandants in CRPF and CISF. However, for appointment to the post of Assistant Commandants in BSF, ITBP and SSB, only Male candidates are eligible.

3.Age Limits :A candidate must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years .the maximum of five years relaxation for SC/ST and for OBC 3years.
For Government Servent 5 years relaxation.

4.Qualification :Candidate should be graduate.

-->weight--proportionate to height

2)should have been unblemished record for 4 years and not having major punishment.

3)should not be above 35 years

Minimum Educational Qualifications :

A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree of a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or posses an equivalent qualification.

It is a very special wing in Indian Armed force.It
is responsible for the protection & security of
huge Indian cost lien & it also considered as 4th
wing in Indian armed force. Eligibility criteria:- A candidate must have Engineering degree with
at least 60% from a recognized university.They
can be from
Architecture,Marine,Aeronautical,Mechanical.Candid
ates from B.Tech/B.E from Industrial & production
& Metallurgy can also apply.They must have scored at least 60% in their 12th.
