UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission and it is the body which conducts the entrance examination for the recruitment of candidates on the grade I jobs.

Since you have completed the B.E course you can appear at the examination of the graduation level.Some of the examination are:-
* CDS.
* CSE.
* IES.

These are most common examination for most of the B.E candidates. So you can appear and qualify in the examination.

UPSC conducts many examination at the graduation educational qualification for the recruitment of the candidates as an officer.

Some of the examination conducted by the UPSC is :-
* Civil Services Examination.
* Indian Engineering Service.
* Combined Defense Service.
* CISF.

B.E passed students are eligible to appear for the graduation level examination conducted by the UPSC.

Some of the examination conducted by the UPSC is :-
* CDS.
* CSE.
* IES.
