What are the future prospects in Geography?
having geography as honours'subject in bsc,is there any future prospect/career ahead?if there is any, then what is to be done/followed?

Geography is the Science of Earth. There are many career options are in geography.
You can make your carrer as Cartographer, Climatologist, GIS professional, Demographer, Planner etc. You can work with various government departments and research institutes as cartographer, regional and urban planner. In private sector, geographers can join NGOs and other developmental agencies, population studies, rural development and environmental issues. I have taken Geography/ history/ political science/ sociology in 12th standard. Can it create any problem in future for taking geography as honors
