GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and this examination is conducted every year jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven IITs. This year GATE Examination Notification was already published and the last date of apply for this examination was already over.

To apply for this examination, you have to complete your graduate degree course in in Engineering/Technology/Architecture.

OR

You have to complete your Master degree course in any branch of Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applications or equivalent. Final year appearing candidates are also apply for this examination.

If you have one year Masters degree after a 3 year Bachelors degree OR have at least a 4 year integrated Masters Degree then you will also be eligible to appear for GATE.

There are total 21 paper in GATE and you have to choose 1 paper as per your educational Background. The syllabus for each one of the paper available Individually in the official website of GATE.

The duration of GATE Examination is of 3 hours and you will get 65 questions carrying a maximum of 100 marks. The paper is objective type.

The last date of apply for GATE Examination was already over, If you are interested then you can apply for GATE Next year. GATE Examination scores is accepted most of the Government Companies, so please prepared well for GATE Examination and try to scored well.
