I lately started my preparation ( I am quite ok with my theories), purchased a GK publisher book for Mechanical Engg.... and found it terribly disappointing.... so many mistakes even in theories and answer choices :-P....... I have got a book written by Bansal but it is 2 years old....... any other good book for practi
ce?

gate is very important test..so you concentrate on study so much..if you got a good rank in gate you get all the fundamental concept of your branch..then you secure a good rank..

your branch is mechanical good books are:-

1.basic applied thermodynamics(p.k.nag)

4.strenth of material(sadhu singh)
