what is the highet salary of merchant navy?...please tell me the details

i m student of 12th class how many persent is sufficient to joining merchant navy

It is obvious that highest salary is being paid to person posses highest position.
But salary also depend on experience, nationality and type of ship.

There are three departments in merchant navy:

1]Deck Department
2]Engine Department
3]Catering Department

Highest position in Deck Department :-Captain , who's salary is highest and responsible for operations that has to perform on boat.

Highest salary in Engine Department:-Chief Engineer, maintains engines and various machinery,etc. under which junior engineers completes tasks.
