What is the IBPS interview procedure?


What are the procedure being adopted for interview . Are they going by finishing interview one by one bank?

You are IBPS Exam passed with 138 marks congratulation ,bank po interview is depended in differant bank critaria and depanded the staff.your marks is not known the interview pannel they are testing the candidate willpower,honesty,your viwe etc.you are preapare the discuss with some people and answer rightly .ok
