I am pursuing ba and i want to crack ias in high rank what i have to do for that and what material i should consult it is my ba first year and i am very eager to get seat? What are the materials I can refer to crack the IAS exam with high rank? Can someone please suggest me?

IAS - Indian Administrative Service

To join in IAS officer you need to apply for the Civil service exam conducted by UPSC and there are criteria's which you need to satisfy such as:

# Candidate should have a citizenship in India.

# Age limit needed is 21-30 years for general category and for SC/ST 5 years extra and for OBC it is 3 years extra.

# Educational qualification needed is candidate should have completed a degree from a recognized university in any stream.

If you satisfy all these criteria's then you can apply for the IAS exam.

To get selected for IAS post through Civil Services Exam, you will have to go through good study material.

Good study material includes good reference books, previous year papers.

You must solve at least last 10 years papers of IAS Preliminary Exam.

Then, you must build up a strategy or time table to follow a regular schedule.

Give focus on your weak subjects or sections to gain more marks.

And, make yourself honest towards your studies.
