What is MDCAT? How to apply and last date of application? Fee for this test?

I am doing MBBS in China and I have done my FSc with 57 percent marks and I have not given any test for example MDCAT, etc. So I have no idea about these all things that what I should do, can you tell me about the full information in details and how can I apply and what is the last date to apply and can you guide me about the fee charges?
