Where will be the entrance exam place for horticulture jobs like farm inspector,technical officer,etc taken by government?i have to go to the particular state for this?

Is B.sc horticulure,chemichal engeeneering or B.architechture which one is better yar plz anyone say i'm really confused...????

Can I apply for horticulture officer after B.sc horticulture degree?? Or I need to do M.sc horticulture degree also??
