What options are there other than MS and MBA to do research in Civil?


hello,
I m a civil BE graduate from uvce bangalore in 2013 and working in L&T construction from 2 years.
i want to do a post graduation degree.
1)Im confused between a MS and an MBA as my research shows MS in civil is not a gud prospect and an MBA is very costly outside india
2)What other options do i have other than this.
