What is the percentage required for AP XII open category students to appear for IIT exam?


Please kindly answer me that what % required for AP xii open category students

to appear for IIT exam and in what subjects this 5 required?

Should i give the iit jee exam immediately after giving 12 board exam without any coaching or i should hav a coaching after 12 and then try for the exam in two consecutive year ?
