Graduation is enough to apply for clerk/P.O jobs. Mere pass is enough and there is no percentage requirements to apply. Your age must be between 21 and 30 years for P.O jobs. For clerk, the upper age limit is 28 years. Concession of 3 years in upper age limit is given for OBC candidates. SC/ST candidates are given with 5 year age relaxation.
