what is the process to join a IAS study circle???..please give me the details

IAS u should first know elligibility criteria.
you should have passed 10th 12th and graduation from a recognised board or university.
no percentage criteria required
you should have just passed all the three level of exam.
age should be 21 years old/and above
it is now known as CSAT exam...it has three levels
1)-preliminary
2)- mains
3)-interview
you have to go through aal the levels and final cut off merit list will be made on calculating all the marks.
