What is the procedure to join in Indian Army as Doctor having degree from Russia?


I am studying my last year course of MBBS in Russia. After that I want to join in Indian Army as a Doctor. So, please tell me what are the procedure? Will there be any exam for that? I am returning to India on July 10th'2018.
