To appear for ICET exam, you must have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. You must have studied Mathematics in 12th if you wish to pursue MCA. The application forms will be available from the fourth week of February, 2012. The exam will be conducted in the last week of May, 2012. The duration of the exam is 150 minutes. The exam pattern includes Mathematical Ability, Analytical Ability, and Communication Ability.

hello sir/mam. Am the final year student of bpharmacy in ap. am intrested to do mba. am i eligible to write icet,, if not which test i have to write.......... am confusing alot nd alot so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz suggest me

If you are interested in ICET Then please go through these details below : ICET 2012 : Eligibility 1. The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as amended upto date. (As per G.O.Ms No.25 dated 19-3-2004 and G.O.Ms No 108, Higher Education Department dated 30-07-2005 and its amendment ) 2. The candidates other than Indian nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned. 3. A pass (or) appearance at the final year examination of Bachelor's Degree (except BOL and BFA) of any University in Andhra Pradesh or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto. 4. The candidates seeking admission into MBA course should have passed a Bachelor's Degree Examination of not less than three years duration from any recognized University or equivalent thereof besides passing SSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects. 5. The candidates seeking admission into MCA course should have passed Bachelor's Degree Examination of not less than 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level (OR) should have passed Bachelor's Degree Examination of not less than 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects. 6. The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for ICET - 2012. 7. Admission into any college depends on its recognition/affiliation by the respective Statutory Bodies. 8. Qualifying Marks in ICET - 2012 is 25 % and no minimum marks are prescribed for SC/ST candidates. |

The candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned. The candidates seeking admission. ICET Exam Eligibility for MBA : Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum three years duration. ICET Entrance Exam for MCA : Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level. The qualifying Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC. As per the latest AICTE Approval Process Handbook 2012 – 2013, eligibility criteria for admission into MBA and MCA courses is revised stipulating 50% ( 45% for reserved categories ) of marks at the qualifying examination. Candidates shall fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down in relevant GOs at the time of admissions. The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for ICET – 2012. Admission into any college depends on its Recognition/Affiliation by the Statutory Bodies. Qualifying marks in ICET – 2012 is 25% and no minimum marks are prescribed for SC / ST candidates. Mere qualification in the entrance test does not entitle a candidate to have been admitted into MBA / MCA course unless the candidate: appears for Counseling at the notified Centers. applies in response to the admission notification issued by the authority concerned ( for distance mode ). satisfies all the eligibility conditions of admission stipulated by the authority concerned. i am so glad to here that minimum percent requiredin icet is 25%only.would like to know regarding that i have completed bcom comp with 46%only in 2010.mean to say that i had only the percent which is below 50%.as per the icet rules they have mentioned that our prcen must be above or equvivalent to 50 know.i am belongs to oc category.i can get re imburcement actually.but two yrs has been over finishing of my graduation.now may i get the re imbursement and seat in the mba with this percentage....................pls kindly give me the details regarding this...................thanking you.........................
