What is the qualifying education for B.Tech computer science in AFCAT exam?


i am btech cse student and i am filling the afcat exam, but i am confused that what should be the option chosen by me. Please help me fast, as the last date is near.

AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test. This exam is conducted by the Indian Air Force.

AFCA is conducted for recruitment of candidates to 3 wings like -

Flying Branch
Technical Branch
Ground Duty Branch

If you have completed BE/B.Tech degree then you are applicable for flying branch exam.Your 12th standard subject must be physics and Mathematics .Your age should be in between 19 to 23 years old .

If you have completed BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical engineering so you are applicable for Technical Branch exam.Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old .

If you have completed in PG Degree/Bachelor Degree in any subjects then you are applicable for Ground Duty Branches .Your age should be in between 19 to 27 years old .

You have completed B-Tech in CSE so you are applicable for AFCAT Exam.

The acronym for AFCAT is Air Force Common Admission Test.


Yes, you are eligible for the AFCAT examination.


Indian Air Force conducts AFCAT examination every year.


AFCAT examination is conducted for three wings mentioned as below:-

* Flying Branch.

* Technical Branch.

* Ground Duty Branch.


The eligibility criteria required for the AFCAT examination are prescribed as below:-

1. Flying Branch:- * Completion of B.E./B.Tech degree from any recognized college or university.

* Physics and Mathematics must be in 12th.

* Age limit:- 19-23 yrs.


2. Technical Branch:- * Completion of B.E./B.Tech degree in Aeronautical Engineering from any recognized college or university.

* Age limit:- 18-28 yrs.


3. Ground Duty Branch:- * Completion of graduation in any stream from any recognized college or university. or,

* Completion of post-graduation from any recognized university.

* Age limit:- 19-27 yrs.

* Nationality:- Indian.


The selection procedure for the AFCAT examination are mentioned as below:-

## AFCAT stands for the Air Force Common Admission Test. This exam is going to conduct every year by the Indian Air force for the Recruitment in the Air Force wings different post.....


## AFCAT is conducted for the three post :
  1. Flying,
  2. Technical and
  3. Ground Duty

## Ground Duty Branch:

A candidate must have completed their Graduation degree in any discipline from recognized Universities applicable. and age of candidate should be between 20 to 25 years.


Relaxation on upper age:-

  • For OBC category up to 3 years Relaxation.
  • For SC/ST 5 yeas Relaxation.

AFCAT stands for AirForce Common Admission Test.

This exam conducting for three differant types of wings.

They are:

Flying branch,

Technical branch,

Ground duty branch.


Eligibility details:

Flying branch:


The candidate should have to complete B.tech or BE with atleast 60% marks from a recognised university and the candidate should be complete 12th standard with Physics, mathematics.

The age limits are 19 years to 23 years.


Technical branch:

The candidate should be complete BE/B.tech from any recognised university.

The age limits are 18 years to 28 years.


Ground Duty branch:

The applicant should be complete bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.

The candidates age should be in between 19 years to 27 years.


And

You must be an Indian origin.
