A graduate degree is the main criterion for candidates to attend IPS exam. This degree can be taken in any subject of their choice but from a recognized university. Lower age limit for this exam is 21 years with the higher limit being 30 years. UPSC Civil services is the concerned entrance exam to be attended for this post.
