SAT exam is standardised entrance test mainly for the candidates who want to study in the USA for the undergraduate courses. The exam score is considered mandatory for those students. The exam has a standard format and is divided into three sections for 3 hours and 45 minutes duration. The SAT exam is divided into SAT Reasoning Test and SAT subject based Test. Interested students can appear in this exam on completion of their Class XII from a recognised Indian university or education board or while during Class XII and Class XI.
