You can take up any area as specialization in MBA after B.Tech. There are many specialization streams and you can choose the stream as per your interest area. After, B.Tech CSE you can apply for System and Operations stream if interested. This will help you get into same technical areas. If interested, you can also opt Finance as a subject area. Some other important specialization areas are HR, Marketing, and Retail etc. A final decision regarding the specialization subject should be taken after careful evaluation of the scope and job opportunities in this area also.

Actually ,for the candidates who have completed B.tech in either ECE or EEE or CIVIL or Mechanical Stream candidates , It is Better to Pursue M.tech ratherthan MBA

But , as you are from CSE , so , MBA is Good for you

Firstofall , to Pursue MBA ,

* You should have a minimum of 50% in B.tech
* If you belong to SC or ST category , then you should have a minimum of 45% in B.tech


You can write Entrance exams to join MBA are ,

CAT
ICET
RMAT
MAT
NMAT
SNAP
GMAT
KMAT , etc....

If you secure a Good rank , then you will get an Admission in Top MBA colleges



Later , Some Good specialisation which are Suitable for you are ,

MBA in I.T.
MBA in H.R.
MBA in Accounting
MBA in Marketing
MBA in Finance

You can take anyone of the Specialisations among these

Actually , there are some other Specialisations in MBA , but those may not Suitbale for an B.tech graduate thatoo for CSE stream candidates
