The Company Secretary course is divided into four major stages including Management Training. Apart from the Management Training, rest of the three stages are as follows:

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India do not conduct any entrance examination. So, if you have passed +2 level of examination, you may enroll for the Foundation Program and if you are a graduate, you may enroll directly for the Executive Program. As per the guidelines of the institute, there is neither any percentage criteria nor the course is limited to students from specific stream.

Career Prospect of Company Secretary:

There has always been demand for Company Secretary in the market because the number of qualified Company Secretary has been less than required. According to an assumption made by experts, the demand will rise upto Fifty Thousand during the year of 2020.
