Hi Friend
Commerce syllabus for B.Com 2nd year includes two parts
Part A consists of Insurance,MarketingSystem,Advertising,Consumerism, Foriegn Trade, Stock Exchange, Personality Development & Development of SKills and finally Computer Awarness

Part B consists of Accountancy which includes Bills of Exchange,Depreciation,Average due date and Account current,Consignment, Rectification of Errors and Accounts of Non trading concerns and Partnership accounts
