If you are in the second year of your bachelors degree program, you will have to pursue Company Secretary course, right from the Foundation Program, which will be followed by the Executive Program, Professional Program and compulsory management training for a period of 15 months.
However, if you register for the course after completion of your graduation, you will be exempted from the Foundation Program and will be considered eligible directly for the Executive Program.
The duration of both Foundation Program and Executive Program is nine months.
To pursue the course, you do not need to qualify any kind of entrance exam and neither there is any age limit.

The Company Secretary course is conducted in three stages:
Foundation
Executive
Professional

CS course will take minimum 3 years when you enrol for this course after completing your Graduation



Eligibilty to give the Executive level Exams of ICSI is
Graduation Pass or Foundation course pass of the ICSI

There are 7 papers that you have to give in the ICSI Executive level

Module 1
>> Economic and Commercial Laws
>> Cost and Management accounting
>> Tax Laws and Practice
>> Company Laws


Module 2
>> Company Accounts and Auditing Practices
>> Industrial, General and Labour Laws
>> Capital Markets and Securities Law



Before you appear for the ICSI Executive level term end exams than you have to complete the following
>> Student Induction Programme (SIP)-7 days
>> 70 Hours Compulsory Computer Training requirement
>> Compulsory Coaching Requirement

sir, iam a under graduate in b.com comp.application. with no commerce knowledge in plus two..........sir iam not well furnished with knowledge in accountancy . my doubt is that Ihave get a good future in C A that I select it
