what is the counselling date of jharkhand dlcece? bt i want to say that jharkhand gov has no proper system,when the result vl b out?when counselling dates? etc etc? Every other states,board publishes their schedule on net, bt jharkhand gov is worse. Kavi tarakki nhi kr sakta.
