I am sorry to inform you that you can not join INDIAN AIR FORCE after completing 12th with arts. but you can join INDIAN ARMY.

Dear friend,

If you want to join in Indian Air Force then you must go for NDA exam.If you have completed 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics Paper.

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.You must have citizenship of India.Only Unmarried male candidate are eligible for NDA exam.

If you are from graduation degree then you have some exam for entrance in Indian Air Force.The exams like CDSE and UES.

Those candidate are completed graduation are eligible for CDSE exam but 12 standard subject must be Math and Physics.B-TECH ans BE student are also eligible for this exam .But you have not any Pending Backlog.

Final Year student are also eligible for CDSE exam.There is no percentage marks criteria.

AGE CRITERIA

Indian Military Academy - 19-24 Years
Air Force Academy - 19-23 Years
Naval Academy - 19-22 Years
Officer's Training Academy - 19-25 Years

Those candidate are in Pre-final year or completed BE / B Tech degree course in the relevant streams of engineering as mentioned above and must have secured minimum of 60% marks in aggregate are eligible UES exam.But you have not any Pending Backlog.

Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA EXAM

Those candidate have completed their 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam.

But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable.

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA EXAM:-

1) Written test which is conducted by UPSC.

2)Personal Interview.

If you have completed your 12Th examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects, then you are eligible for Naval Wings of NDA,
otherwise
you have to apply for Army Wings.

You can join Indian Air Force either 12th class or Graduation Degree.

After 12th class:
If you have complete 12th class,then you should appear for NDA exam.This exam is conducted to take qualified students into different defense services like Indian Air Force,Indian Navy and Indian Army.

Eligibility criteria for NDA(Indian Air Force):
You should have complete 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university.
And your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

If you fulfill with this criteria,then you can appear for NDA exam.

NDA application form issues from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012.And exam will held on 15th April 2012.

After Graduation Degree:
If you have complete graduation degree,then you should appear for CDS exam.This exam is also conducted by UPSC and conducted for the same purpose.

Eligibility criteria for CDS(Indian Air Force) exam:
You should have complete graduation degree in Engineering or graduation degree with any stream(If you have complete 12th class with PCM stream).
And your age should be between 10 to 22 years.

If you fulfill with criteria,then you can appear for CDS exam.

CDS exam application form issues from 2nd June 2012 to 2nd July 2012 and exam will held on 16th Sept 2012.

Indian Air Force (abbrev. IAF) is the AIR wing of the Indian Defense. Its functions under the Indian government and so the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) conducts an exam called the NDA to select appropriate candidates for the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wings.


The Eligibility for NDA is :

1. A candidate should be a minimum 12th pass from a recognized school or board in order to apply for this exam.

2. Only unmarried male candidates who are Indian National can apply.

3. The age of the applicants must be within 16.5 to 19 years.

4. The Maths and Physics are compulsory subjects if you are applying for the Indian Air Force and Naval wings.


So if anybody satisfies the above criteria's then he is eligible to apply for the NDA and go into Indian Air Force.

For checking when can you join, Please clarify your present academic status and age with the above mentioned points and you would get to know if you can apply or not.

It is to inform you that you can not apply for NDA(Nation Defence Academy) Exam just after passing 10th class.

-To apply for NDA Exam, you need to complete your 12th class.

-NDA is for unmarried Male candidates only. Girls are not allowed to join NDA.



Basic Eligible Criteria for NDA Exam is as follows:

HELLO FRIEND,
yes ofcourse, a b.sc appearing student can join INDIAN AIR FORCE. there are many mode by which a student can enter in air force.
But in b.sc you must have physics and maths as your subject. IF you have it then you will surly enter in the air force.
You can enter in technical stream as technical airman X&Y.
after your graduation you can give PBAT test and if you clear it. then you can surly enter in air force.

Heyyy dear, if u have pursued ur graduation degree or if u r in final year of graduation den its tym for u to apply for Indian air Force. jus log on to www.careerairforce.nic.in n apply online for AFCAT..!!
