I have selected for wipro wims ie conducted at dharwad on may 23.so when will wipro give joining date to me? Some of my friends, who were also selected at that same time ,they already got joining date and why they not send to me?.

Well for this inquiry you can mail or call the hr of wipro the provide you information about joing date.If you are selected than they surely provide joinig date.One of my friend selected for wipro and wait for 3 month after that they provide the joining date,so noting to worry about that you surely get the joining date.

training period-3 months

salary in training period-15k

First you will get the offer letter then only you will get your call letter. I got my offer letter from wipro 3-4 months back. Consult your college placement cell if they have any news in this regard.
Expected time for call letter : Sep-Oct 2012

even i got selected for wipro wase 2012 and got my offer letter and they will inform the date of joining ,training location in the month of may through e-mail.so no need to worry.hope we will meet there

Do the companies differentiate between the btechs and the mtechs. Do the later one have any edge over the other one in mncs.

Don't worry. u should clear that before the end of your academic duration and u should aware on that u must clear all the 6th sem papers in your 1st attempt.
