The kerala engineerin and medical entrance exam is conducted by the CEE office and the exam is known as KEAM. You can apply through the www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Its an online application process. The admit cards get from online. On this year you should pay the fee trough the security cards, which costs 700 rupees only from the selected post offices.
